What we keep

Your name, your email address, and the plan you add: your focus, outcomes, milestones, actions, hours, weekly numbers and progress. If you choose to, your letter from 31 December, your tolerations and your values.

Your workbook

If you upload your workbook, the dashboard reads it automatically, once, to fill in your plan. It shows you what it found, and the file is gone as soon as you confirm or cancel. We don't keep the file.

Who can see your plan

Only you can see your plan in the dashboard. There's no screen that shows it to Gemma, the Lighthouse team or other members, and nobody here looks at it. We'd only go near your data to export it or delete it when you ask.

AI

No AI reads your plan or your workbook.

Where it's kept

Your plan is stored with Supabase in London, and the dashboard runs on Vercel. Sign-in emails are sent by Resend. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

If you leave

When your membership ends, your access to the dashboard ends too. Download your plan before you go, so you keep a copy.

Deleting your account

Download your plan first. When you delete your account, your plan and your account are removed straight away. Backup copies expire within 7 days.

Data requests

To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion, email hello@lighthouse.online (for data requests only). For help using the dashboard, ask Lumi in Luminary or Levy in Leverage first. If you're a TOGETHER member and that doesn't help, post in the TOGETHER Facebook Group for 24-hour support, Monday to Friday.
